We are not owned by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Booking.com, Priceline, JustFly, FlightHub, Expedia, Hotels.com, Agoda, Kayak, Orbitz, Travelocity, or any airline carrier or hotel chain.
2. Scope of Services
Our specialists assist callers in understanding publicly available rules, interpreting reservation documents, explaining airline fare terms, and clarifying standard procedures for reservation changes or cancellations. Our services are advisory and informative. We do not process payments for ticket bookings or lodging reservations, nor do we issue tickets directly.
3. Control Over Third-Party Policies
